5 No. Newly Constructed Concrete Basement Water Tanks (9 compartments) each sized at approximately:- Potable Water Tanks: 3m x 1.39m x 6.5m 3m x 1.39m x 6.5m Softened Water Tanks: 3.075m x 3m x 6.5m 3.075m x 3m x 6.5m Rainwater Tank: 13.2m x 2.39m x 3.5m Wet Riser Tanks: 3m x 1.39m x 6.5m 3m x 1.39m x 6.5m Sprinkler Tanks: 13.2m x 1.39m x 6.5m 13.2m x 1.39m x 6.5m

Including the supply and installation of steel platforms, cat ladders and stainless steel man way hatches.

The new concrete tanks required a concrete lining system to provide long term concrete protection. All tanks were lined with Acothane DW concrete coating system and a 10 year guarantee was issued to the Client with an option to extend the guarantee after 10 years.
